Web3 engineering and infrastructure

Engineering and infrastructure for on-chain finance.

We design, build, secure and run the systems behind DeFi, tokenized assets and confidential payments.

Specification first

Nothing gets built before we agree what it must never do.

Before a line of contract code is written we produce a written specification and threat model with you. It states the properties the system must hold in every state, the assumptions it depends on, and what is deliberately out of scope.

  • Those properties become executable tests, not a document nobody opens again
  • The same document sets the scope of the security review
  • A change of scope is a change to that document, so done never quietly drifts
How we build
Security built in

Tested to break before it ships.

Security is not a phase bolted on at the end. The threat model written before implementation drives the tests, and the code is reviewed against it before anything reaches mainnet.

  • Fuzzing, invariant runs and mainnet-fork simulation against real liquidity
  • Findings classified by severity, each with a concrete fix
  • A proof of concept wherever the conditions can be reproduced, and a written argument where they cannot
How we audit
Production ready

You get the system, not a demonstration of it.

What ships is everything needed to run the thing: deployment scripts, verified sources, the monitoring configuration, and a runbook written for someone who was not in the room when it was built.

  • Verified sources on the explorer, so anyone can check what is deployed
  • Alerting configured before launch rather than after the first incident
  • We can keep operating it, but you are never dependent on us for that

Products

We build our own products too.

Xora Rails for confidential tokenized assets. Xora Sentinel for supply-chain scanning and live contract monitoring. Xora Pay, in research, for confidential payroll in any token.
